So, it's the first part of the year, and I NEED to get back on track. Not a diet, I never went on a "Diet" to lose weight last year (40lbs yay me). What I did was decided to try eating "right" -- by serving sizes..drinking water...and walking..what we "Should" be doing to stay healthy.
Do you know how lazy it is to just eat whatever? Very to the tune of gaining 12lbs lazy.
So anyway...back to 120oz of water a day and eating SERVING sizes now however much I want til I'm full :P
I had a good start-- till I ate ramen for supper-- thats like eating a bag of quickcrete- I felt horrible after so I had a swiss roll-- bad me but at least it was only ONE swiss roll not 3 or 4 :) still a serving size
so today I start again....drink-- bathroom-- snack-- bathroom-- drink drink drink...ugh
